A model on your phone turns the sentence into memories and, where it makes sense, tidy rows: sleep, water, mood, a task for someone.

Two things from one sentence
"Slept badly, skipped breakfast, and Mike said the inspection is Thursday" is a memory, two health rows, and a date — all at once. The app keeps the memory as you said it, makes the sleep and meal rows for your charts, and will remind you about Thursday. You never had to decide which app that sentence belonged to.
If it gets something wrong, you tap the chip and fix it. Rows it isn't sure about stay out of your charts until you confirm them, so a misheard meal never pollutes a real pattern.
Tracking cards
Sleep, water, meals, exercise, mood, blood pressure, body, fasting, cycle, sun and light, supplements, medications, books, music, dreams — and a "Vibes" card that learns the words you actually use for how you feel. Each card has a ledger you can edit, a chart, and a place in your day's story.
Free comes with six cards and a 30‑day window on charts. Plus opens the full library and all of your history. Nothing is ever deleted to move you between plans.
People, with consent every time
You can share with a household, a loved one, or a friend — and every switch is yours. What you see of them and what they see of you are set separately, stream by stream, live or as a daily or weekly digest. Nobody can put something on your list, only in front of you: a task from your partner arrives with "Add to today · Add to upcoming · Do later · Not mine."
There is no feed, no discovery, no messaging. This is not a social network.
What leaves your phone
By default, nothing. The speech recognition, the understanding, the memory and the charts all run on the device. On Plus, your backup and sync are encrypted on your phone before they leave. We can't read them unless you choose to turn on account recovery, which keeps a recovery key with us so we can restore your vault if you lose every device.
If you want a sharper cloud model for messy speech, you can connect one with your own API key. The app tells you plainly what that trades — one sentence per capture goes to that provider — and labels every capture with the model that understood it. Disconnecting takes one tap.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there at any time. If a subscription ends, everything stays on your phone and can still be exported.
